The 21th edition of ANIMAR is coming up, and Curtas – Educational Service is all set to bring animated cinema to the whole community in the Northern region! Mark your calendars for the opening ceremony happening at the Vila do Conde Municipal Theatre on Saturday, March 7th, at 3 PM. It’s going to be a super fun time!
Program
ANIMAR 21 kicks off next Saturday, 7 March, at 3 p.m., with a screening of the feature film "Into the Wonderwoods" (2024) by Alexis Ducord and Vincent Paronnaud. This movie is an adaptation of Vincent Paronnaud's comic book "Dans la forêt sombre et mystérieuse". Well known to comic book fans — and film buffs, especially for his work as co-writer and co-director of "Persepolis" with Marjane Satrapi in 2007 — Vincent Paronnaud directed the film with Alexis Ducord.
