Solar – Cinematic Art Gallery welcomes the reading cycle “Conto Contigo”, a program of book readings, dedicated to children and families, which takes place on the second Saturday of each month. Led by Xana Miranda, the activity includes playful readings of children's stories, followed by a surprise game and a small snack.
Program
The third session will take place on May 9th, at 3:30 p.m., with a reading of the book “The Great Grrrrr”, written by Marie-Sabine Roger e Marjolaine Leray, a fun and unexpected short story that explores deep emotions, communication and empathy. Each session will last approximately 60 to 90 minutes. Participation is free, but prior registration is required. As part of the ANIMAR 21 parallel program, this cycle aims to bring children closer to literature in a fun and immersive way, while also encouraging family reading time.

Curtas Metragens - Cooperativa de Produção Cultural C.R.L. was founded in 1997 and is based in Vila do Conde.
It is active in various projects (Curtas Vila do Conde – International Film Festival, Agência – Portuguese Short Film Agency, Solar – Cinematic Art Gallery, Curtas – Educational Service). It began producing cinematographic works in 2002, namely with the coproduction of four short films, developed as part of the 10th edition of Curtas Vila do Conde.
Curtas' Educational Service presents itself as a set of actions aimed at school audiences that infers education through the moving image, encouraging new ways of seeing and training students and teachers.
